This client runs a big brand in Russia and we have cooperated for a long time. They have been working with European, Korean, and Taiwanese factories for many years, so they are professional in the makeup field.
This time they are opening a speical mono color diamond eyeshadow, she said it was very difficult to find the right formula when comparing samples of completely different colors. That is why, she ask our factory to develop (or select from the ones we already have) this color so that she can determine which formula and price suits them best.
Before this sample, we have shipped them some other samples. Unfortunately, our prices are currently the high. So she would like to discuss possible solutions to reduce costs.
